Manage Your Care
Because your care is our priority
Here you can find out more about our new online system called Patient Access which allows you to manage your appointments, prescriptions and clinical records online. Although it's quicker and convenient to do things online, we understand that you may want a more personal experience. If so, feel free to call us or visit reception for help with your appointments, prescriptions and records.
We will also give you a bit more information on the types of appointments we offer so you know which one you need to book. Please also visit the 'who shall I go to' page before booking your appointment so that you go to the right place for your care.

Patient Access Online
Click on the link below to register or sign in to your patient access account.
Once you have registered to access the service, we have to authorise your account before it is available for you to use. For us to authorise your account and give you full access to the repeat prescription ordering service you must provide photographic identification (e.g photo card driving licence or passport) to the practice.
You can use this service to:
Book and cancel appointments online
Order your repeat prescriptions (any medication not listed as repeat may be requested via the messaging service on Patient Access)
Send secure messages to the practice (such as requesting your medication not on repeat)
Update your personal details (eg. new telephone numbers, change of address)
View a summary of your medical record, including Medication, Allergies and Adverse Reactions (once you have fully registered, you will require a separate pass phrase for this, please contact the surgery to arrange this)
Pre-register as a patient
Please read the terms of use at the bottom of the Patient Access webpage before registering or using the service.

Information On Prescriptions
Repeat Prescriptions
Repeat prescriptions are normally for patients with long-term conditions who receive regular treatment.
Your doctor will explain the repeat prescription system upon beginning regular treatment.
You can order a repeat prescription via this website, using our secure online form or by telephoning the surgery.
Please provide the exact drug names wherever possible.
Please allow at least 48 hours after submitting your request before collecting your prescription from the surgery or your chosen chemist.
Your doctor will review all repeat prescriptions regularly.

There is further information about prescription exemptions, fees and PPCs available on the NHS website. Alternatively, click on the button below.

Please note that from 1st April 2018 you will need to order your repeat prescriptions through NHS Prescription Ordering Direct (POD) instead of the surgery. Please contact them on the following number (02476246072) and allow 48 hours before collecting your prescription. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask the person you speak to on the phone.
