We want to maximise our communication with all of our patients to ensure we can give you the best care possible. Part of what we love about our location is the diversity it attracts.

As a non-English speaker you can access information about the NHS in a range of different languages via the Department of Health gov.uk website. In addition, it is possible to arrange for an interpreter for your appointments to help overcome communication barriers. To find out more, please contact us.

Temporary Registration
You can register temporarily with us if you are ill whilst away from home and staying with one of our registered patients. This may be the case when you're working, studying or on holiday for example. You’ll still remain registered with your permanent GP but you can see a temporary GP for up to three months. To register with us temporarily please fill out the form below and hand it in at the reception desk.
Please note if there is no availability at this practice we will signpost you to another practice where you can be seen.
How to Register With Us
You can register by completing a registration form (GSM1) which can be downloaded below. When you register, we may ask you to make an appointment to see the practice nurse (or doctor if you are on regular medication) for a medication review. This will ensure that our records are accurate and all routine checks to promote your health and well-being (such as blood pressure/smear tests/mammograms) are up-to-date. Please note that if you are registering as a NHS patient you will be asked for proof of identity to show that you are entitled to NHS care.
