Travel Advice

Are you travelling abroad soon? It is part of our job to ensure that you are the healthiest you can be wherever you are in the world. For us to do this we request that you let us know if you are travelling abroad well in advance (at least 6 weeks but preferably 2 or 3 months) so that we can give you the vaccinations you need to keep you healthy whilst you're away. Please complete the travel risk assessment form below and book an appointment at least two days later through our online booking system or by stopping by at the practice. If you are unsure about what vaccinations you need, please book a telephone consultation with a nurse who will be happy to help you. 
Please note that some travel vaccines are ordered on a private prescription as they are not covered by the NHS and are therefore likely to be more expensive than the normal prescription charge.
